The problem
Long philosophy podcasts are dense. You finish a three-hour episode and can't remember who argued what.
What it does
Paste a link and it downloads the audio, transcribes it with speaker labels, and writes a study guide: the episode's main claim, a timestamped map of the conversation, the skeleton of each argument, key quotes, and a glossary of every name and idea mentioned, with the real speakers' names worked out from the video's details. A progress bar keeps moving through the long steps, and the guide downloads as a PDF.
Where it stands
The core pipeline works. Sign-in and saved guides are still mockups.
