Each idea has a demo you can touch: type a sentence and watch it break into tokens, move a temperature slider and watch the next word change, see attention light up between words, run a tiny training loop, and see real examples of an AI making things up.
A second version from honest review
After the first version I went through it like a newcomer and wrote down every confusing moment: jargon used before it was explained, buttons that didn't look like buttons, labels that read like captions. Each one got a fix in the next version.
